SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — The arrest of Marco Lucio, 37, by Village Police on misdemeanor DWI charges around midnight on Friday presented a bit of a challenge for Sag Harbor Village Justice Carl Irace, as well as for the attorneys involved, during the defendant’s Saturday morning video arraignment. SAG HARBOR VILLAGE — Sag Harbor Police arrested Stephen J. Harris, 58, of Westbury on a felony charge of aggravated DWI. According to police, Harris was intoxicated and driving with a child age 15 years or younger, which is a violation of Leandra’s Law.
